Comic book TV shows – long form features

Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 2 – review coverage
12 episodes into Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s second season, Den Of Geek asked if I could take over reviewing duties from the brilliant writer James Hunt. It was a daunting task, to the say least.

Rise Of The Machines
Will Artificially Intelligent robots rise up and kill us all? This Micro Mart feature remains one of my favourite assignments ever.

The Best 10 Star Wars Games For PC
Great assignment for Micro Mart issue 1386 – my top ten Star Wars games for PC. The winner was Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic, if you were wondering.

What to expect from X-Men: Apocalypse
I previewed Bryan Singer’s upcoming mutant movie X-Men: Apocalypse for Den Of Geek. It was a fun article to write, compiling all the facts, rumours and fan theories about the … Continue reading What to expect from X-Men: Apocalypse
Doctor Who: 50th anniversary features
Around the time of the Doctor Who anniversary in 2013, I wrote three lengthy features about Whovian goings-on. You can read them all here, if you fancy…
